Like other websites, www.captiatech.com (the "Website") uses a technology called cookies to gather information about its use. The controller of this processing is CAPTIA INGENIERÍA, S.L.U. Cookies used on this site
This site does not install analytics or advertising cookies when you arrive: until you accept, consent stays denied and no measurement is activated. The following may be used:
- Technical cookies: strictly necessary for the basic operation of the site, including the one that stores your cookie decision (
captiatechConsent). - Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): only if you accept them. We use Google Analytics 4 (property
G-DREVT8ERC1), loaded with the Google tag (gtag.js) directly on the pages, to measure site usage in aggregate form: pages viewed, visit duration, device and browser type, approximate country and traffic source. The tag sets no cookies until you have given your consent to analytics. You can withdraw it at any time from the cookie panel. - Contact form (Deftform): the pages with a form include an embedded Deftform form (ivy.mayhem GmbH, Germany), loaded from
cdn.deftform.com, which stores submissions on servers located in Germany. It is a technical, necessary component so that you can contact us, and it is not used to profile you or for advertising. Our forms have no captcha enabled, so no third-party verifier (Cloudflare Turnstile, reCAPTCHA) is loaded. Inside the form itself, the provider measures usage of its own pages with Simple Analytics (Netherlands, servers in the Netherlands): that is the provider's analytics on its own service — CAPTIA neither receives nor uses that data. When it opens, the provider’s form also queries the IP geolocation service ipapi.co (Kloudend, Inc., Henderson, Nevada, USA), which receives your IP address and keeps it in its logs: this too is a call made by the provider, CAPTIA neither receives nor uses that data, but it does involve an international transfer to the United States. Consent panel
The first time you visit, you will see a banner with three equally weighted options — Reject, Configure and Accept all — and a panel where you can switch each category on or off independently: essential (always on), preferences, analytics and marketing. No non-essential category is pre-ticked: until you decide, the site keeps consent in a denied state through Google Consent Mode v2, so that Google Analytics 4 stays blocked until you authorise it.
Your decision is stored for 6 months; after that we will ask you again.
Independence from other CAPTIA domains
The consent you give here applies only to www.captiatech.com. This site does not share cookies with captia.es or any other domain in the group: the consent cookie has a different name, is set for the captiatech.com domain only (it does not extend to subdomains or other domains), and there is no cross-site tracking mechanism. In practice, accepting or rejecting cookies on captia.es has no effect here, and vice versa: each site asks for its own consent.

Managing and withdrawing consent
You can change or withdraw your decision at any time, as easily as you gave it: open the cookie settings panel. You will also find that link in the footer of every page.
In addition, you can configure or delete cookies already installed from your browser settings. If you reject analytics, Google Analytics 4 never sets any cookie. The contact form is a technical component necessary to provide the service you request, so it is not subject to the consent panel; if you would rather not use it, you can still reach us by email or WhatsApp.
