2. Purpose and users
This website presents the AI and automation consulting and implementation services of CAPTIA Tech. Accessing and/or using this site grants the status of user, who accepts, from that access, these general terms of use.
3. Use of the website
The user agrees to make appropriate use of the contents of this website and, by way of example but not limitation, not to use them to engage in unlawful activities or those contrary to good faith and public order; to spread racist, xenophobic content or content that violates human rights; or to cause damage to the physical or logical systems of CAPTIA, its suppliers or third parties, including introducing or spreading computer viruses or other systems capable of causing such damage.
4. Intellectual and industrial property
CAPTIA, on its own behalf or as an assignee, owns all intellectual and industrial property rights of this website, as well as the elements it contains (texts, images, trademarks, logos, color combinations, structure and design, among others). Reproduction, distribution and public communication, in whole or in part, of the contents of this website for commercial purposes, on any medium and by any technical means, without CAPTIA's authorization, is expressly prohibited.

In developing and maintaining this website, as well as in laying out and editing certain content, CAPTIA may use artificial intelligence tools. Published content is reviewed and remains under CAPTIA's responsibility. This website does not incorporate high-risk AI systems within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), as amended by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, nor AI systems that interact directly with users; should this change in the future, appropriate transparency information will be provided. 9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The relationship between CAPTIA and the user is governed by Spanish law. Prior to any judicial action, and in accordance with Organic Law 1/2025, of 2 January, on measures for the efficiency of the Public Justice Service, the parties may resort to an appropriate dispute resolution method (MASC). Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of the city of Madrid.
